The Jaques Family

Thanks for taking the time to visit!

We are a small-town family who like spending time in the shop, creating fun and memorable custom items for you or that special person in your life! We utilize many tools, including hand tools as well as CNC router and laser.  The possibilities are endless!

Greg is a full time technical support specialist with CNHI, First Responder and Volunteer Fire Fighter.  Amanda has worked in the community for the past 20 years in one way or another and is now making this business her full time job. We were both raised as farm kids and know the value of hard work.  We have 3 wonderful, young-adult children and 3 pets.

We would love to make your project a reality so if you have something in mind, please send us a message and let's make it happen, from our family to yours!

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER:

We take great pride in our workmanship and products.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to keep you satisfied.

Some items are made from wood.  Wood comes from a live product and no two pieces are the same.  We do our best to choose good, solid pieces free from defects, although there will always be different variations of color, grain, knots and other character present.  As well, not all wood (even the same types) will take stain or paint similarly.  Every product is completely unique!  Please install/display your item with air flow on all sides to prevent uneven moisture content, which can lead to warping.  This can be done by simply placing a few stoppers on the back to allow air flow behind it.

If your product has been sealed with a water sealant for outdoor use, please do your best to keep it shielded from the elements as much as possible.  The sealant will help to repel water but may need to be reapplied from time to time.  As mentioned above, no two pieces will react the same.  If you notice any warping of your product, please take it indoors and let it dry either standing straight up and down or with spacers under it to allow air flow on all sides.  It may need to be resealed.  Some warping is natural when exposed to the elements.  If significant warping occurs within the first year, please contact us and let us know.
