This website offers visitors to view products previously made by us, purchase products made by us and contact us for quotes on custom orders.

Amanda Jaques only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

You grant Amanda Jaques a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. Applicable law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Saskatchewan, Canada without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Amanda Jaques and you, or its business partners and associates. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by provincial or federal court Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify Amanda Jaques and its affiliates and hold Amanda Jaques harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Amanda Jaques reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Amanda Jaques and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Purchasing and Warranty
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website or will be provided to you when you request a custom order or quote. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
For any custom orders or personalized items, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order. The remaining amount owing is due at the time of pick-up, shipping or delivery. Shipping and or delivery costs may be applicable.
All purchases are final sale. No returns are accepted. If a product arrives to you defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days for warranty. We will occasionally offer “imperfect” products at a discounted price; these products will not qualify as defective or damaged warranties.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit) upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
